About Us

Montana Rose Notary LLC is a mobile and remote online loan signing and notary service based out of Livingston, MT and serving surrounding counties.

Montana has a very special place in my heart. Born and raised in Paradise Valley, MT I grew up on a small farm and attended a school two minutes from my house. Eventually I moved to Bozeman area to get my business degree at MSU. It was there that my passion for business really came to light. As my knowledge of the business world grew, I started to gain understanding about what it meant to be an outstanding businesswoman and I strive to take on that role as I navigate the world of business.

My belief is that when offering a service or product as a business integrity and professionalism should be at the forefront. It's ok to make mistakes because we are all human, but to own up to your mistakes and make it right again is the difference between good and bad business.

My promise to my community is to work with integrity and professionalism in every aspect of my business. I take my title as a notary public and loan signing agent very seriously and I work diligently to provide the best outcome for every customer and client that comes my way.

Offering a mobile and remote online notarization service to those that are too busy, can't physically get to a notary office or just want a more convenient option allows me to serve the people in my community with by offering a service that makes their life easier. I come to you to get your very important documents signed and notarized quickly and efficiently.

Are you an escrow officer, real estate agent or title company? I offer mobile loan signing services in the Park and Gallatin counties. Have a client that needs to sign documents, but can't physically come in to sign? I go to your client and walk them through the loan signing. My practice is to review documents before the signing and after to ensure there are no errors before returning the documents to your office.
